2018 East Chapel Hill iGem We added new high quality experimental characterization to part BBa K2290000. We grew BBa K2290000 on plates with 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 uM fluoride. Our results were interesting because we observed significantly more growth of CHOP (the left most column) compared to what was previously observed.
