PgadA-B0034-GFP

Characterization

This composite part includes a PgadA (K1231001), a RBS (B0034) and a sfGFP (K2762014).Promoter gadA is a pH sensitive promoter from E. coli. It is one of the promoter which is from glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) system. The expression of all of the gad genes in E. coli, including gadA is rely on the alternate sigma factor which encoded by rpoS, and repressed by the cAMP receptor protein and H-NS
