Design Notes
The parts LuxI, LuxR, pLux and phiX174E are codon optimised for E.coli. The construct is assembled using the CIDAR MoClo toolbox and therefore contains Type II S restriction sites. It can therefore be further used for assemblies with the MoClo toolbox or with other parts containing the respective overhangs.
