Design Notes

The part contains the whole coding region from the accBC gene of C. glutamicum (NCgl0670) without the startcodon. This region is flanked by overhangs for the Marburg Toolbox and a BsmBI recognition site. AACGTCTCGCTCGAATG-coding_region-GCTTTGAGGGAGACGAA

The sequence was codonoptimized for V. natriegens ATCC 14048.
