Design Notes

The phaC1J4 operon was codon optimized for use in E. coli using the codon optimization table. Lastly, histidine tags were added to the operon.

Source

The phaC1 was obtained from Pseudomonas aeruginosa, whereas phaJ4 was obtained from Pseudomonas putida.
