Lambert's iGEM team sequenced pLac-ClpXP-CI to ensure the sequence was correct seeing as it is used as part of the team's final construct. The sequencing results showed that there was a double terminator (BBa_B0015) at the beginning of the sequence, which is designed to be the terminator for tsPurple (the previous part in the final project). Given this updated information, the sequence on the parts page was updated to include the terminator. |
