ZIKV_32B_lacZalpha

Sequence of toehold 32B detecting a part of the Zika virus. The coding sequence for lacZalpha has been added after the toehold as a reporter protein. This part can now be used in combination with cell-free extracts to detect the presence of Zika virus in a sample.
