J23100-deGFP

deGFP is a variant of Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). It was initially designed by Shin and Noireaux (2010) for expression in cell-free protein synthesis systems and is more efficiently translated than other variants. This is an expression part where deGFP is cloned downstream of a strong Anderson promoter (J23100) and a strong RBS (B0034). deGFP is followed by a double terminator (B0015).
