Luc+ gene under control of the 35S CaMV promoter

Our luc+ reporter gene under control of the 35S constitutive promoter from the cauliflower mosaic virus. Luciferase reporter assays were carried out using this construct, with the aim to compare this reading to that of other constructs. This part has the NosT terminator from the Nopaline synthase gene, native to Agrobacterium Tumefaciens . This part is contained within the pGB-A2 plasmid. This part should be used as a reporter gene to test 35S expression, relative to another promoter/gene construct.
