Design Notes

Our lab uses the Lee/Dueber YTK Golden Gate standard, which, in terms of part overhangs, is different than the iGEM PhytoBrick standard. Thus, we had to redesign our P32 promoter sequence to contain the proper overhangs specified by the iGEM PhytoBrick standard.

Source

The P32 promoter sequence was obtained from the genome of Lactoccocus lactis.
