used to knock out the gene crtB in the genome of Rhodobacter Sphaeroides+ Amp

This part is used to knock out the gene crtB in Rhodobacter Sphaeroides. The part is composed of 806bp of upstream DNA sequence and 433bp of downstream DNA sequences, and crtB can be knocked out by homologous recombination. An Amp resistance promoter and Amp resistance gene is added between the up/downstream sequences so that the clones after homologous recombination can be selected by Amp. The upstream sequence is a little long than that of BBa_K2308001 so that the recombination because of the low efficiency of BBa_K2308004.
