Modification of phytoene desaturase (PDS/CrtI)

This part is the coding sequence of phytoene desaturase from Erwinia uredovora. Phytoene desaturase is part of carotenoid biosynthesis pathway and it takes responsible for convertion of phytoene to lycopene. A Pea transit peptide is fused with cds of phytoene desaturase in order to stablize and help phytoene desaturase folding in a correct formation in rice (Oryza sativa) cell. Codon optimized has been made for the expression in rice.
