pR+B0032+RFP+B0015

The PR promoter has two DNA binding sites for lambada CI repressor （BBa_C0051）.and RFP is the reporter gene to test the inhibit efficiency of PR promoter. In our project, the reporter gene indicate the strength of promoter. We use it in our validation circuit.
