[iGEM gifu 2015] .

We attached this part[BBa_1859001] to 5 'sides of His-RFP without stop codon [BBa_K1332002] . Then, it was connected to each 5 'sides of [BBa_K1859004] and [BBa_K1859006] . In addition,Lacl [BBa_R0010] , RBS [BBa_B0034] and DT [BBa_B0015] was conbined with them, making [BBa_K1859027] and [BBa_K1859025] . When these devices were expressed in E.coli, Curcular mRNA including the linker was made. The efficiency that mRNA is circularized changed by sequence of the mRNA. We let mRNA of RFP circularize and produced a long-chain protein, but the functionality was lost. It is a problem to make a long-chain protein with keeping functionality.
