Pblc in front of mRFP+terminator

Pblc is the promoter of the blcABC operon from Agrobacterium tumefaciens. It contains operator sites that are recognized by the repressor BlcR. Pblc was described by [http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4083662/ Pan et al. 2013].
