CsgB
CsgA is a protein monomer which can aggregate to form amyloid nanowires after nucleation on CsgB, a membrane protein in natural biofilms of E.coli (Barnhart & Chapman 2010).

csgB is used in the biobricks:
- <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1583203"link+_blank">BBa_K1583203
- <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1583204"link+_blank">BBa_K1583204
- <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1583205"link+_blank">BBa_K1583205
These three parts contain both CsgC and CsgB. These induced are by a low constitutive promoter (BBa_J23110), a medium constitutive promoter (BBa_J23118) and a high consitutive promoter (BBa_J23100).
