CsgB

CsgA is a protein monomer which can aggregate to form amyloid nanowires after nucleation on CsgB, a membrane protein in natural biofilms of E.coli (Barnhart & Chapman 2010).</p>

csgB is used in the biobricks:

These three parts contain both CsgC and CsgB. These induced are by a low constitutive promoter (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J23110">BBa_J23110</a>), a medium constitutive promoter (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J23118">BBa_J23118</a>) and a high consitutive promoter (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J23100">BBa_J23100</a>).
