Design Notes

We use a special RBS to make the device temperature-sensitive. After adding a promoter，the secondary structure of the RBS after transform would be folded when the temperature is below 42°C, so that the ribosome can't translated RFP. When the temperature rises above 42°C, the secondary structure of the RBS after transform would be unfolded and produce RFP.
