pENTR_LilrB2_TCS_Gal4VP16

LilrB2 fused to the recognition sequence (cleavage site) for the tobacco etch virus (TEV) protease, and the Gal4-VP16 transactivator.

When the TEV cleavage site is cleaved, it releases Gal4-VP16, which can activate the UAS-GAL4 promoter.
