Design Notes

The WHO advised amino acid composition was written down and the sequence was then shuffled using (LINK). A 3*FLAG-tag was then added by remiving the respective codons and adding them to the end of the protein to keep the right composition of amino acids.


Source

The sequence is based on WHO guidelines for amounts of amino acids needed in a normal human.
