Design Notes
Part BBa_K952003 was missing an RBS before the amilGFP CDS. We inserted the RBS by mutagenesis, and created the part BBa_K1065305. Then we added a pLAC promoter (R0010) in front of the device and characterized it.

BBa_K1065302: the entire blue light sensing device with fluorescent output.
BBa_R0010: pLac promoter (LacI regulated).
