LasI synthetase + LVA with subsequent double terminator

This construct is derived from BBa_C0078 and B0015. It combines the autoinducer synthetase LasI (producing N-oxo-dodecanoyl-HSL)including the LVA degradation tag with a double terminator to prevent further transciption.


Usage and Biology

The synthetase LasI produces the autoinducer molecule N-oxo-dodecanoyl-HSL of the Las Quorum sensing system.
