Citrine gene flanked by a kozak sequence for eukaryotic expression in biobrick format. This is designed to be used in mammalian and ovarion expression systems. The backbone of the plasmid is pCS2+ with the CMV promoter is <a href="https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K812000">BBa_K812000</a> and the J04450 is replaced by the mCitrine <a href="https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K812030">BBa_K812030</a>, it is ready for immediate use in Xenopus.

Tadpoles have 4 days (near stage 46) and the expression of mCitrine is localized in tail's muscles.
