Design Notes

the part is designed to have a induced expression of our target protein in anaerobic enviroment. We use this promoter to induce the expression of GFP in E.coli in anaerobic enviroment.S. typhimurium strain VNP20009 carrying pNirBeGFP or peGFP was grown for 24 h under anaerobic or aerobic conditions. Expression of GFP was examined by fluorescence microscope.
