Design Notes

This part was created by Gibson assembly starting from K731400. sfGFP was amplified by PCR from psB1A2. CysE and sfGFP are separated by a short nucleotide linker that encodes for the amino acidic sequence GSGSGS.

Source

LacI+LacIq promoter comes from pET-21b plasmid. CysDes gene comes from the genome of Treponema denticola.
