Recombinational Enhancer (RE) for Hin/Hix inverting

This part is a 63 bp recombinational enhancer, which is required for proper DNA bending when trying to form the Hin/Hix invertasome. it can be placed either upstream or downstream of the Hix sites that will be inverted.
