Applications of BBa_S01010

We use this part in the device 2 in our team OUC-China in 2011,as shown in Link title, However, when we ligate it with K084005, B0015, R0079. We see that the DNA length is much longer than we expected. The electrophoretogram is as below. OUC-China previous4.jpg
