Applications of BBa_K314100

The [http://2011.igem.org/Team:Washington/ 2011 University of Washington iGem team] used this expression vector to produce ADC, AAR, and ADC/AAR(The PetroBrick). With the PetroBrick construct, we were able to produce alkane, indicating that expression from the promoter was occurring.
