pJEJAM1

JEJAM1 is a plasmid intended for transient transfection of mammalian cells. JEJAM1 consist of the strong constitutive promoter, CMV, the green fluorescence protein (GFP), the "BGK" polyA terminator and the "hygR" marker cassette used for selection.
