Applications of BBa_K320004

We transformed E.Coli and Asaia with this biobrick in the pSBC3 backbone plasmid vector. We plated those cultur respectively on Lb+Agar+Kanamycin and Gly+Agar+Kanamycin.

We observe that on both plates we obtain colonnies and that in negativ controls (E.Coli and Asaia without BBaK320004 in pSBC3 backbone vector) we obtain non colonnies.

In conclusion we assume that our resitance to Kanamycin works and that the origin in replication also works in Asaia.
