Applications of BBa_K349007

Digestion with BsaI around the recognition sites inside of the prefix and suffix will create a kan cassette with an A overhang at the 5' end and a B overhang at the 3' end. These ends are consistent with the BioBytes 2.0 assembly method. This is a base plasmid, meaning that the kan cassette could be digested out with BsaI and replaced with a PCR product that has had BsaI recognition sites and the appropriate AB ends incorporated into it. This allows for the production of more novel AB Bytes.
