tet_rep-AB (BioBytes 2.0)

Produces a protein allowing for the regulation of constructs. This cassette is "naked", meaning it does not contain a promoter, RBS, and start or stop codons. The promoter and terminator are intended to be reconstituted through the adjoining BA Bytes attached through the BioBytes 2.0 assembly method.
