I0500 + K353010 + B0034 + E0040 + B1006

This part is composed of an inducible arabinose promoter (I0500), an RNA tag (K353010), a ribosome binding site (B0034), GFP (E0040), and a terminator (B1006). This is one of the four subsystems utilized in detecting a ratio (see Stanford iGEM 2010 project). Arabinose induces the production of an mRNA transcript, and if no sRNA1 is present (see part K353011), this can then be translated into GFP.
