Applications of BBa_K349114

Digesting at the BsaI cut sites inside of the prefix and suffix will create an A overhang at the 5' end and a B overhang at the 3' end. These ends are necessary for attachment to BA BioBytes of the BioBytes 2.0 system to allow for reconstittion of the promoter and terminator.
