crtE-AB (BioBytes 2.0)

One of the genes required in the lycopene production pathway for colour. Based of Cambridge 2009 E.Chromi project. Note that this is a "naked" ORF. It lacks a promoter, an RBS and a start and stop codon. It is engineered to have reconstituted promoter and terminator with adjoining linker Bytes through the BioBytes Assembly Method 2.0.
