Design Notes

A pre-existing PstI site was removed to meet the BioBrick standard. A PCR product encoding the sequence was flanked with an XbaI site at the 5' and an SpeI site at the 3' for ligation with XbaI, SpeI double-digested pSB1C3 vector.
