Design Notes

3xFLAG consists of three repetitions of the FLAG epitope, enabling enhanced detection and purification of Cas9 proteins in research.


Source

3xFLAG was originally developed from the sequence of the protein of the influenza virus. We obtained it from the psgR-Cas9-At vector.
