Gene HfsJ from Caulobacter crescentus encodes a protein of 316aa. HfsJ is one of the glycosiltransferases involved in holfast synthesis pathway and is structurally very similar to glycosiltransferases that transfer UDP-N-acetyl-D-mannosaminuronic acid.
