Design Notes

Glycine and serine are very suitable for repetitive sequences. The difference to our GSATLinker is that the sequence produced contains some glutamic acid and alanin amino acids. The properties zwitterionic and hydrophile prevent the aggregation of the linker.
The sequence has no cleavage site for proteases.
