pslg
This DNA sequence was used to express the PslG. PslG is a secreted protein from Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Originally, PslG mainly regulates the disintegration of biofilm of P. aeruginosa to release bacteria. Our team intends to take advantage of its function and express this secreted protein in engineered bacteria. After release, this secreted protein can disrupt the regulation of the biofilm of P. aeruginosa, thereby inhibiting the growth of the new biofilm and disrupting the mature biofilm. On this page, we have recorded the DNA sequence of PslG for our convenience and that of subsequent teams.
