The vector for CRISPR-knockout expression, which is constructed after the part BBa_K4887021 (backbone of IbGBSSI Knockout system) is inserted into the binary vector pCAMBIA1301,will be transferred into Agrobacterium tumefaciens which is used to infect embryogenic calli of sweet potato.
