CTB1 Inducible Protein Generator Yeast

Construct designed for inducible expression of the fungal enzyme CTB1 in saccharomyces cerevisiae, utilizing the Yeast Gal 1 Promoter and CYC100 Terminator.

Usage and Biology

This biological part was created to serve as an inducible protein generator for CTB1.
