iGEM Kyoto

By BBa_K210007(this parts with promoter and terminator,CEN and ARS, inserted in pSB1A2), we transformed the yeast which is lack URA3 gene. The yeast can make colonies on CSM plate. This suggests that Ura3 works successfully in the yeast.
