Applications of BBa_K208003

Fusion of this part with another Silver-fusion compatible protein coding sequence can lead to targeting of the protein for export out of the cytoplasm. It is a good idea to consider the use of multiple signal peptides, like GeneIII, PelB, or TorA, as there are few guidelines to selecting a proper signal peptide for any given protein (Choi, 2004).
