Applications of BBa_K4461501

We construct a device BBa_K4461501, with backbone pSB1C3. Then, we test the FP intensity and OD for it and Fig.2 is the result.

Fig.2 This graph shows that the mCerulean expressed since the sixth hour.
Fig1. We ligate nirBDC promoter, backbone pSB1C3 and mCerulean by Gibson Assembly. To check the plasmid, we used BamHI/XhoI enzyme digestion techniques.
