Padlock spacer sequence
This part is the Padlock spacer sequence, designed to stabilize the Broccoli fluorescent RNA aptamer (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3380153"> BBa_K3380153 </a>) in the RCT padlock probes, hsa-miR-1-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245121), hsa-mir-133a-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245125), and hsa-miR-208a-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245128).
