Lpp + 1tmr OmpA + GS Linker + TEV site + WT Streptavidin + 6His

This is a fusion protein that combines Lpp, OmpA, and WT streptavidin. TEV protease site included for easily removal of strepavidin (and any other proteins bound to streptavidin) by treatment with TEV protease.
