Mut-mCherry + EcoRI and HindIII cutting site

To insert other proteins that can fusion with mCherry ( BBa_J18932 ), we have to mutate the stop codon for it. Also, for the convenience of inserting proteins, we added cutting site(EcoRI and HindIII) to do enzyme digestion and ligation.
