Design

By using a RNA-based gene-regulatory platform, we design a ribozyme switch linked behind YopE mRNA, it contains a sensor domain, comprised of an aptamer sequence, and an actuator domain, comprised of hammerhead ribozyme sequence. Sequence and Features
