NifA_downstream
This is a stable sequence located downstream of the nifA sequence in the genome of Azorhizobium caulinodans ORS571. It is used as a one-sided homology arm on the designed plasmid to help recombine knockout of nifA on its original genome and introduce the designed regulatory characterization sequence.[1]
