FRET-based system for the detection of erythromycin

FRET-based sensor system for the detection of erythromycin that consists of erythromycin C-12 hydroxylase [1],an enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of erythromycin, flanked by two fluorescent proteins: ECFP [2]as an energy donor and Venus [3]as an energy acceptor.
